Studies indicate that mindfulness helps enhance emotional and physical resilience, improve decision-making, and connect us more positively to other people.

This session led by Mindfulness and Wellbeing Instructor Mariann Johnson will include an introduction to mindfulness, and will explore the ways in which mindfulness relates to essential workplace skills, such as regulation, resilience, and cognitive flexibility.
